2. Multiple Location Login & Account Sharing

If an account is repeatedly accessed from multiple unrelated locations, devices, cities, or countries in a manner that indicates possible account sharing, unauthorized access, or misuse, JSPakistan.com may temporarily suspend the account for security verification or permanently block the profile.
Members should not share their username, password, login credentials, verification codes, or account access with unauthorized individuals.
3. Sharing Login Credentials

7. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

Examples may include:
- Requesting money from other members under false pretences

- Attempting to deceive members regarding identity, employment, marital status, or financial position

8. Profile Verification
JSPakistan.com may contact members for verification of information provided during registration or at any later stage. Members may be requested to confirm certain details where discrepancies or complaints arise.
Failure to cooperate with reasonable verification requests may result in temporary suspension, restricted access, or permanent blocking of the profile.
9. Inconsistent Information

If significant inconsistencies are found in a member's previously provided information, including age, marital status, education, occupation, residence, identity, or other important profile details, JSPakistan.com may request clarification or suspend the profile pending investigation.
10. Unauthorized Commercial Use
JSPakistan.com profiles must not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes, advertising, marketing, lead generation, data collection, brokerage, or promotion of third-party matrimonial services.
Profiles found being used for commercial solicitation or unauthorized business activities may be permanently blocked.
11. Collection or Misuse of Member Information
Members must not collect, copy, distribute, publish, sell, share, or misuse another member's photographs, personal information, profile details, or contact information.
Unauthorized collection or distribution of member information may result in immediate account suspension or permanent blocking.
12. Attempts to Bypass Platform Security
Any attempt to bypass JSPakistan.com security measures, verification procedures, profile restrictions, account blocking, or access controls is strictly prohibited.
Creating another account after a profile has been permanently blocked may also result in the new account being removed.
13. Suspicious Login Activity
For security purposes, JSPakistan.com may monitor login patterns, devices, sessions, and general access activity associated with user accounts.
Unusual login activity may result in temporary account restriction while the ownership and security of the account are being reviewed.
14. Complaints and Reports from Other Members

16. Account Security Responsibility

17. Temporary Suspension
JSPakistan.com may temporarily suspend or restrict a profile while conducting verification, reviewing a complaint, investigating suspicious activity, or resolving inconsistencies in the information provided by a member.
Temporary suspension does not necessarily mean that a permanent violation has been established.
18. Permanent Profile Blocking
A profile may be permanently blocked where serious or repeated violations are established, including fraud, identity misrepresentation, account sharing, abusive conduct, repeated provision of false information, security violations, or other misuse of the platform.
19. No Refund in Case of Policy Violation
Where a profile is suspended or permanently blocked due to violation of JSPakistan.com policies, misuse, fraudulent activity, false information, abusive behaviour, or unauthorized account activity, registration or membership fees may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed at the time of registration.
20. Right to Review and Take Appropriate Action
JSPakistan.com reserves the right to review suspicious accounts and take appropriate action where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, authenticity, privacy, and integrity of the platform and its members.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include requesting verification, issuing a warning, restricting certain features, temporarily suspending an account, or permanently blocking a profile.
